Great, what did you think of it? Sounds just as superb as the first one.

Sorry I am just getting to this; just returned from a vacation. I enjoyed the film. Differently than the first film; it's a different sort of film. Unnecessarily violent at times, but that can be fun if you're in the mood for it. I like how it weaves (even sophomoric) philosophy throughout. The visuals are outstanding.

Thanks Joshua, hope you had a good vacation?
I've preordered the DVD and cannot wait to see it. It sounds just as good as the first, if not better from some reviews I've managed to find online.

I really liked it.. I think visually it was even better than the first..

If I'm not mistaken it incorporated alot of CGI which I found really cool.. (I havent seen it in a while but I'm pretty sure some of it was CGI rendered)

I seem to recall like the traditional anime animation style was integrated with cgi in such a way that it made it really innovating and just eye candy in some parts.

Its quite a bit different from the original but equally as brilliant in my opinion.

            I'd recommend you get it.
